Balance & Beyond
An intermediate Hatha class, for those with some previous yoga experience and comfortable with the basics of yoga poses, who are now seeking to deepen their understanding of yoga. As you advance in your asanas, we’ll also introduce philosophical elements, offering a holistic approach that connects mind, body, and spirit.
Balanced Roots
A practice designed for every body—this open-level Hatha class weaves together strength, alignment, and mindful exploration, offering options to suit beginners and experienced yogis alike. With a focus on adaptability, we’ll guide you through poses that support your unique needs while encouraging growth at your pace.
Deep Release Yin
Find your balance through the gentle, meditative practice of Yin yoga. This class invites you to slow down, release tension, and explore the emotions stored within your body.
